BELÉM-PARÁ, BRAZIL - A surveillance camera recorded the moment when the child suffered the electric shock while playing on the porch of her house in Cametá, a city in the northeast of Pará.
Nikolly Gabriela de Sousa, seven years old, suffered minor injuries and is at home, out of danger.
The video shows the girl inside the house throwing a stick with flashing lights wires towards the power pole cables.
When she touched the cables, the girl suffered a strong shock and was thrown to the ground.
According to her father, the incident occurred during a family dinner on the second floor of the building.
Nikolly said that she only felt a weakness in her body and that, from that moment on, she does not remember any details.
