PARINTINS, BRAZIL - The Garantido Folkloric Association held a technical rehearsal on Sunday night (June 21) in preparation for its three performances at the 2026 Parintins Folklore Festival. The event was open to the public, and red-and-white supporters filled the Bumbódromo arena on Tupinambarana Island in the state of Amazonas.
The rehearsal gave spectators a close look at the scale of the artistic production and the behind-the-scenes work involved in building the show. With both grandstands packed, fans experienced a preview of the excitement that will be brought to the arena during the festival’s three nights of competition.
The event also marked an important milestone for Garantido’s artistic team, which used the Bumbódromo’s facilities to complete the final technical adjustments to the production. With rehearsals now concluded, Garantido enters the final stage of preparations for its official performances at the 59th Parintins Folklore Festival.
Following the official draw, Garantido was assigned the final performance slot on each of the festival’s three nights.
The 2026 Parintins Folklore Festival will take place on June 26, 27 and 28.
