The capital of Rondônia also stands out negatively in a national panorama, being the 4th city in the country that had the most vegetation burned this month.
The period between July 15th and 21st was the most dramatic in the state, according to data from BDQueimadas.
In these seven days alone, 560 outbreaks were identified.
In relation to conservation units, the Guajará-Mirim State Park is the most affected.
In the region, 90 fires were recorded.
Over the years, the region has suffered devastation as a result of invaders remaining in the area.
The most recurrent crimes are illegal logging, deforestation, fire, grazing, illegal hunting and fishing and land grabbing.
