Boi Garantido animated the red and white nation with the traditional "Alvorada", in Parintins, in the early hours of May 1st. The event featured the participation of important members of the Folkloric Association such as Cunhã-poranga, Isabelle Nogueira, in her first official performance, after confinement in a reality show. The event started inside the Corral Lindolfo Monteverde corral, in Cidade Garantido. From there, the Boi fans from downtown São José followed a path of approximately 2 kilometers to the front of the Cathedral of Nossa Senhora do Carmo, in the center of the Tupinambarana island. The 'Alvorada' of Garantido is declared Cultural and Intangible Heritage of the State of Amazonas, by the Legislative Assembly (Aleam) and considered one of the largest popular demonstrations, mobilizing more than 35 thousand people in the early hours of May 1st. The event is also a preparation for the Parintins Folklore Festival, which promises surprises for the public during the performances of Bois-Bumbás Garantido and Caprichoso scheduled for the end of June this year.
