BELÉM, BRAZIL - Greenpeace activists staged a demonstration on Monday (17) in one of the zones of the UN Climate Conference.

According to climate activist Lorelei Limousin, governments must adopt a more responsible and effective plan to meet the targets established since the Paris Agreement.

"We've built an Eiffel Tower here in the COP30. It looks very fragile because 10 years after the Paris Agreement on climate, the climate plans of governments are really not enough." said, Lorelei Limousin - Climate campaigner at greenpeace france.

So in the LEM (Legalization and Mobilization) at the COP30, we need governments to agree on a global response plan to keep the 1.5 goal alive, to phase out fossil fuels and to end deforestation." stated, Limousin
