Exports of agribusiness products in Rondônia have grown by an average of 23 per cent over the last four years. The government says that 65 countries are buyers of products produced in the state and the highlights of 2023 were soya, beef, coffee and fish. Over the last year, the sum of what was exported by these production chains brought in more than R$18 billion for the state. Soya was the most exported product in 2023. The grain was purchased by 26 countries and the main buyers were Turkey, Spain and Algeria. In the case of beef, more than 50 countries paid for the product, which remains among the most exported. China, the United Arab Emirates and Chile are the biggest buyers. Coffee, which has made a name for itself in Brazil, has also won over the palates of Belgians, North Americans and Colombians - the biggest buyers of the product produced in the state. Between 2022 and 2023, coffee exports increased by 6,000%. Among the highlights in exports is fish. The product has buyers in Peru and the United States.
