A vulture collided with a single-engine plane during a flight to the city of Eirunepé, in the interior of Amazonas, on the morning of this Thursday (5).
Despite the scare, the pilot and none of the five passengers on board were injured.
A video made inside the aircraft shows the animal stuck to the glass structure that remained of the windshield.
According to information from Envira Airport, the city where the plane took off from, and the company responsible for the single-engine plane, the collision with the bird occurred when the aircraft was approaching to land in Eirunepé.
The impact broke the windshield and the bird got stuck to the structure.
Despite the scare, the pilot managed to land the aircraft safely.
The bird died and was removed from the scene.
Shortly after landing, passengers recorded the damage to the plane.
