The city's mayor's office said that the Municipal Civil Defence needs to be cleared before residents can return to their homes. Last Saturday (2), the river level was 9.75 metres, below the alert level of 9.80 metres. On Monday, the water level in the city was not released. The town hall also explains that it is impossible for families to return home due to the lack of access to the streets. However, a task force has already been set up and is due to begin the general clean-up of the city.
