AMAZONAS, BRAZIL - A stack of shipping containers toppled onto a truck during a maneuver at Porto Chibatão in Manaus on Wednesday afternoon (25).
Despite the dramatic scene, the driver escaped without injury.
Footage recorded by terminal workers shows at least three cargo containers resting on the vehicle, which had its cabin partially crushed. In the video, the driver can be heard shouting for help before managing to exit the truck alive.
Grupo Chibatão confirmed that there were no casualties, only material damage.
According to the company, the incident occurred in one of the terminal’s operational areas during a maneuver performed by a subcontracted driver.
