MANAUS - AMAZONAS, BRAZIL - A resident of the Armando Mendes neighborhood used the structure of an old and disused refrigerator to move around a flooded street in the neighborhood.
The video recording was made by residents of the East Zone, on Sunday morning, after heavy rain that occurred in the early hours.
The images show the resident inside the structure heading towards a bus on a street flooded by water.
Holding on to the window of the bus, the man manages to be carried to the end of the lane, where there is no more water.
The forecast of the National Institute of Meteorology (Inmet) for Manaus, last Sunday (30), already indicated heavy rain.
In addition, winds could reach up to 60 km/h.
The storm flooded many streets and houses in various parts of the capital of Amazonas.
