A heavy downpour hit the city of Tabatinga, in the interior of Amazonas, on Sunday (22).
The storm lasted about thirty minutes and caused disruption to the population.
Houses and commercial establishments had their roofs ripped off by the wind.
There were power outages and traffic jams.
The Municipal Civil Defense was called to respond to incidents in different parts of the city and reported that there were no reports of victims.
The agency also stated that the winds reached speeds of 60 km/h.
Services to restore power were carried out and assistance was provided to the affected families shortly after.
In several neighborhoods of the city, zinc roofs were scattered across the public road.
The people affected were working to try to recover what was possible from the damage caused by the storm.
