The Bumbódromo 2024 Mural, entitled “Patrimônio em Festa”, is already in the final stages of production.
With 80% of the mural ready, the expectation is that the work will be delivered in the first week of June, the month in which the Parintins Folk Festival takes place.
The art is by Parintina native Pito Silva, who won the tender opened by the Government of Amazonas exclusively for artists from the municipality.
Work on producing the mural began on May 2nd.
In less than 10 days, Pito Silva was able to complete all the drawings and details, now starting the most laborious phase: painting.
The 2024 Parintins Folklore Festival takes place on the 28th, 29th and 30th of June.
