It was already night when fisherman Rainilson Souza, 34, came across a frightening situation.
Dozens of alligators surrounded the small boat he was in alone.
The scene was recorded and shared by him on social media.
In the image, it is possible to see the alligators' eyes glowing in the darkness of the river.
The recording was made at Lago do Rei, located in the municipality of Careiro da Várzea, in the interior of Amazonas.
Although intimidating, the situation does not surprise Rainilson, who says he is used to encountering the animals while fishing.
The fisherman reported that he is not afraid to go through these places, even though he recognizes that it is a dangerous situation.
