The riverside residents of Vila da Felicidade, a community near the capital Manaus, participate in recycling actions of materials used by the residents themselves so that they are not dumped inappropriately in the river. The goal is to respect nature and the place where they live. Most live in floating houses where they survive on fishing and family farming.
